Information On Current Usage

I have went to few IPT in the Northen Areas, which i found out, majority of the mail management been use are manually. Use a book and recorded the information and some use microsoft word to keep the record. When using the Microsoft Word usually face virus attack and sometime error when saving their record. e-Registry Management System can help to overcome the problem.

Project Suggestion

Project:

1: Job Searching / Temporary Job Offer System - This system will provide service for the company to offer any job or any temporary job that can be offer to the student to apply. This mean that the system have 2 categories that is company section and student section. Company can register their company and offer any job to the student at any time and student can login to the system and update their resume. So, the system can automatically offer the student job that can be apply.

2: Event Management System - Manage the event that will be held by programme, faculty, and others

3: Inventory Management SYstem - Manage the inventories in UiTM. In our observation in college, they doesn't have any system that are manage the inventories. They only manage the inventories by using the manual method such as by using paper and key in the data they recorded in the paper into the word document using the Microsoft Word. The data also sometime not standardize coz' they not follow the correct for,at everytime they enter new inventories. So, our system will create to manage all the inventories by providing a standard format of entries and can manage the inventories correctly such as providing the status of inventories things.

4: Volunteer Management System - This system is create to manage the any event volunteer.
