I have went to few IPT in the Northen Areas, which i found out, majority of the mail management been use are manually. Use a book and recorded the information and some use microsoft word to keep the record. When using the Microsoft Word usually face virus attack and sometime error when saving their record. e-Registry Management System can help to overcome the problem.

That's a good research...as for my opinion, the system should be capable of duplicate the active transaction as mirrors so any accidental deletion or bugs will be recovered from mirror image....sound complicated...(",)~~
